I'm so proud of being English

I think it is a great shame that I have to be careful these days if I want to say I am English and that I love English traditions, I love English culture, I love English people.
This used to be an indication that I am patriotic, but sadly now I am likely to be labelled a racist!
I am not a racist, or a bigot.
I just have concerns about the future of our green & pleasant land - England.
I have concerns for my children and grandchildren - about their future. I would like to make sure their futures are secure...
To make sure they get the education they are entitled to.
Have the right to follow their Christian beliefs.
Have the right to equality in their own country. Is that too much to ask for?

Why was I not able to say on the last census that I am English?
There was a box to tick for British, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Gypsy... but where was the English box?
In fact I ticked 'Other' and wrote English in the description.
What is wrong with me wanting to declare that I am English in my own country of birth?

I want to preserve our right to have a country where we get to have a say in the running, instead of being dictated to by foreign governors such as the European Union.
I am concerned about our membership to the EU - I don't want the House of Commons to lose it's power in England. I want my vote to mean something and have the power to change the status quo.
I want out of the EU.
Britain continues to pay approximate 40 million pounds per day (YES PER DAY) into the European Union, money that we cannot afford, just so that the European Union can tell us what to do and force the immigration laws down our throats. We cannot afford to be part of that self perpetuating oligarchy where for every £3 we pay in we only get £1 back - and we lose the right of self-determination.
There was nothing wrong with EFTA - the 'European Free Trade Association' - I am all for that, but I hate the move now towards us becoming a mere state of Europe, dictated to by Brussels.
So I have been a financial supporter of UKIP.

However I have always voted Conservative 1972-1979, I have always been a Tory.
Until now... when for the first time in my life I am thinking that I cannot vote Tory next time... Why?
The Conservatives announced at their party conference that they would “launch a drive to
push for more highly qualified migrants to come to the UK, if they come to power.”
The Tory announcement was made by Shadow minister Damian Green who said that his
party, if in power, would also “keep the government’s points-based migration system.”
WHY?
The true and irrefutable figure of the level of immigration has already raised the population of
this small island to in excess of 80,000,000.
Our Unemployment figures are increasing - so why do we need migrant workers?

More should be done to ensure that English jobs are primarily for English people.

More should be done to ensure that English children can have Free education at all levels and Apprenticeship provision to ensure they have the skills to successfully enter the workplace.
English nursery places should be primarily for English children.
We can no longer expect to enrol our children in our local nurseries, because the establishment says that in many cases priority must be given over to those children who are not fluent in English, in other words Non-English children.

Let's have positive discrimination for English people in England!

Does that make me racist or a bigot? I think not - it is just common sense... that those whose forefathers have fought for freedom here - through two world wars in the last century - and they that have paid in their taxes for many generations - it is their descendants who should take priority in receiving the benefits in England - this is what our forefathers would have wanted.
Is that too much to ask for, is that more than we are entitled to?

English people should come first in England.
Why are English people standing in line like beggars behind the immigrant population hoping that we might just be afforded what is rightfully ours?
While we have great difficulty securing Social Security benefits for ourselves, its seems to be easy for a Non-English born applicant to receive them... and a free house as well!
English housing should be primarily for English people... so why are so many English people on the social housing register? Why are there so many English people waiting in a queue for housing, while a large percentage of available homes are being allocated to Non-English applicants?

Our English National Heath provision should be Free... primarily for English people whose forefathers have paid their taxes to provide for their children & children's children.
Is that too much to ask for, is that more than we are entitled to?
Our health care services are stretched to the limit and we cannot get the immediate health care we are entitled to because much of the budget is spent on providing health care for Non-English patients.
With over 700,000 new babies born in the UK last year 70 percent of whom where born to Non British Born immigrants. No wonder our health care services are in the state they are in.

Our crime statistics continue to rise and crimes against women are higher than they have ever been, many of which are being carried out by Non-English criminals.
Our prisons are overflowing, primarily with with Non-English inmates.
Many of these are here illegally and are immediately deported at the end of their sentence -
Why should we pay for their keep?
Let common sense prevail and deport them at the beginning of their sentence!
This will free up places for the real criminals where stronger sentences can be handed out to murderers, paedophiles, rapists and perverts.
Would you like to have a country where the judiciary are forced to hand out the punishments that fit the crimes, instead of the softly softly approach we have witnessed time and time again, where the criminals are allowed to roam freely, to laugh in the faces of their victims, because the justice system is more interested in preserving the human rights of the criminal over those of the victims.

I ask you when is it going to be time to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
I would say that time has arrived.

I am so proud of being English, of English heritage, of English culture - let us do all we can to change the status quo and reverse the present trend where we are becoming second class citizens in our own country through the ridiculous positive-discrimination laws which are taking away our rights and our power of self-determination in our own land.
